This e-mail is regarding great customer service I received from your designer while working on my poster for one of our conferences. He worked on my rather challenging poster project for the GCOM conference I attended recently and provided not only excellent customer service but also did a great job. He was very professional, very fast, very polite and nice to work with. He was detail oriented, made recommendation what would be the best, would confirm with me the work before making changes. Working with your designer was a very pleasant and stress free experience. It was extremely busy time for me at work as well, I did not have much available time for the poster, but he made the poster side of the work stress-free on me, turning my “ugly duckling” poster into a “beautiful swan”. – Rita

I am writing to highly commend your team for their excellent service to me and my colleagues in EAG over the years, but particularly in preparing for our recent BSC review. Their artistic talent, insight and advice, as well as their technical capabilities with PowerPoint, are impressive, and they always greatly improve the clarity and impact of our presentations with an incredibly short turnaround time. I and my colleague received a large number of congratulatory comments, including from our IC Director, on the great slides that we presented at the BSC, and without a doubt this is directly the result of their fantastic input.
